1. USER IDENTIFICATION & CONSENT

You AGREE NOT TO: Record, copy, screen record, or capture the audio. Download or attempt to download the recordings. Share or transmit the recordings in any way. Post any portion on social media, websites, forums, or messaging apps. Recreate, summarize, or describe the recordings publicly. Allow any third party to hear or access the recordings.
4. STREAMING ACCESS ONLY
Audio is provided for streaming only. Downloading, extracting, or duplicating is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass protections will be considered a violation.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE – NO EXCEPTIONS
Any unauthorized use or sharing — even partial clips or descriptions — is a direct violation of this Agreement.
6. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT & DAMAGES
Breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm. Steven Maurice Moore reserves the right to seek immediate injunctive relief, pursue monetary damages exceeding $100,000 per violation, recover all legal fees and court costs, and initiate civil claims for privacy violations, unauthorized distribution, and emotional distress.
7. NO RIGHTS GRANTED
Access does not grant ownership or rights. All content remains the exclusive property of Steven Maurice Moore.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
9. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By proceeding, you confirm that you understand the sensitive nature of the content, agree to respect the privacy of those involved, and accept full legal responsibility for any violation.

Recording 1 – Abduction
The mother attempted to abduct our son after I was awarded custody.
Recording 2 – Harm to My Son
The mother accused me of causing physical and emotional harm and took out a TPO to try to keep me away from him.
Recording 3 – Keeping Me Away
The mother kept my son away from me because I called child services on her for beating him with a comb.
Recording 4 – Denial
Mother refused to accept that I was the custodial parent after being awarded custody by the judge.
Recording 5 – Control
Prior to being awarded custody, mother tried to control me and my son maliciously.
