Shipping policy

If you are a regular customer or have purchased from us before, you are aware of the fast turn-a-round time for our shipping. We always ship orders within 5 days of orders being received even though our shipping policy states that we will ship 2-3 weeks after receipt. Unfortunately like the rest of the world, shipping issues exist that are out our control. You will always receive a tracking number after your order ships. The email will come from stamps.com not Bedroom Therapy. Always check your spam folder also for your tracking number. If our inventory is low you may sometimes receive a partial order with your invoice noted. The remaining portion of your order will be shipped when our shipment arrives. A partial shipment allows you product while waiting for our shipment. This also allows us to lessen the shipping problem and provide some product rather than not providing any.
